One day in October, 2014, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un came out to the spot to look round the completed apartment houses for lecturers of Kim Chaek University of Technology. The apartment buildings erected on a scenic bank of the Taedong River as a symbol of attaching importance to science and talents were really magnificent, resembling a sailboat floating on the river. That day, a leading official of the university told him in an excited voice that he would like to speak to the world proudly about being presented with such wonderful flats. Noting that he has nothing more to wish for as long as scientists could live in more cultured living conditions, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that it is the firm determination of the Workers’ Party of Korea to build a powerful socialist country by dint of science and technology. He added that scientists should make redoubled efforts, always bearing in their minds the Party’s plan and intention to build a people’s paradise with science.
