This happened when there was unexpected flood damage in the northern area of North Hamgyong Province. Immediately learning about the damage, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that dwelling houses should be built before winter as a large number of people were left homeless and that we should demonstrate to the whole world once again through this rehabilitation project that it is the party climate of WPK to make selfless and devoted efforts for the good of the people. With his firm will to prevent the people in the afflicted area from sufferings of imminent biting cold even by lavishing funds and inventing all the wealth of the country, he made a crucial decision to overcome the crisis by directing the major thrust of the 200-day campaign to the project for rehabilitating flood damage in the northern area of North Hamgyong Province. The flood-hit northern area of North Hamgyong Province was consequently turned into a socialist fairyland in a short span of time. Our people realized once again that this is the trait of WPK that is being established more firmly by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
